GDSN Authorization Statement & User Information for NMPA UDID Data Registration— For Production System

本医疗器械注册人/备案人及中国境内总代理授权GDSN数据池向中国国家药品监督管理局医疗器械唯一标识数据库（NMPA UDID）传输产品数据。GS1 China数据池作为数据接收方，负责提供对接NMPA UDID的技术支持。数据的真实性、完整性、准确性由本医疗器械注册人/备案人及中国境内总代理负责。

The medical device License Holder and General Agent hereby authorize GDSN data pools to transmit relevant product data to China National Medical Products Administration UDI Database (NMPA UDID). GS1 China is the receiving data pool, responsible for providing technical support for the connection to NMPA UDID. The accuracy, completeness and correctness of the data is the responsibility of the License Holder and General Agent.
